The Wuan Chuand Company utilizes a Taiwan traditional brewing technique of black bean soy sauce, originally inherited since 1909, brewing in traditional terra cotta clay pots with unique climate and water for 180 days of natural fermentation. It tastes strong black bean flavor and the sweetness stays in the mouth.
