Looks Can Be Deceiving – Peruvian White Habenero’s
Looks can be very deceiving, while we associate red with being hot and white with cool, I introduce the Peruvian White Habenero. If you think jalapeños may be hot then from some of these very pretty little chillies with quickly deceive you. When it comes to heat rating, these little guys are uptown 140 times hotter than a jalapeño ! Real chilli aficionados need only apply for these.
The white habanero starts green then ages into lilacs, pinks, yellows before maturing into white shades ranging from a light yellow to creamy white. These are beautiful plants and peppers, making the Peruvian white an excellent choice as an ornamental pepper plant, especially if you like your chilies extra hot.
These little guys are destined to create one super hot chilli sauce.
