Stars of the Thredbo, Luis Rodriuez and The Fly Program

The Thredbo River is a pretty special place in Australian Fly-Fishing culture and even more so for The Fly Program. The program was literally conceived on this river many years ago and since then has grown from strength to strength.  Matt and Amelia Tripets dedication to helping those in need is a testament to human kindness, and now so many previous participants and supporters are now volunteering their time to help so many men struggling with daily life.

Fly Program brother Luis Rodriuez is one such guy, one of the kindest, compassionate humans you could meet and regard as a brother, mate and family member to all that have attended the program over the past few years….. plus he’s pretty good on the long wand!
